This is Kaden's first year as an All American. We caught up with him and grabbed some of his story of shooting..
I began shooting in September of 2021 through the Kingfisher County 4-H and began registering ATA targets that same month solely at the Hennessey Powder and String Club. My beginning was during an inactive part of my life, using it as a way for me to socialize and have fun. I originally used my father’s Remington 1100 and, from there, sat goals and upgraded equipment with each accomplishment to my current setup: Kolar Max Low Profile, Pilla Lenses, and Pure Smoke Chokes. While on my All-American run, my favorite shoot was the New Mexico State Shoot, which had the most personable and welcoming trapshooters (and most unique prizes), and my favorite persons was Ronaldo Mazzini, a Brazilian who I met at the Southwest Grand, and Don Rackley, who helped me with gun fit issues during that run. That journey was expensive but rewarding with many stories and memories. I’d like give a shoutout of thanks to my father who hauled me around and kept me fed. On a final note, I wish everyone a great target season! Don’t look up to idols, be the idol!

Clay Laughlin is an accomplished clay target shooting competitor with a long record of excellence. A member of the Amateur Trap Association since 2015, he has been named an ATA All-American from 2021 through 2025 and was inducted into the Oklahoma Trap Shooting Hall of Fame in 2024. Clay has held leadership roles at Ada Trap and Skeet as Trap Director (2022–2024) and Skeet Director (2024–present). He has served as an NSSA Skeet Referee since 2019. His Oklahoma State Trap accolades include HAA titles in 2021, 2022, and 2025; HOA titles in 2022, 2023, and 2025; Singles Champion in 2024; and Doubles Champion in 2025. His greatest accomplishment was obtaining his Grand Slam in 2023. His trap shooting journey was led by several mentors: Lowell Leach, Dean Arnold, Tim Mount, Mike Grove, and Tyler Rindal. Clay would like to give a huge “thanks” to his parents for giving him the opportunity to achieve the shooting level he has acquired.

Pat Stacey has shot for several years attaining very impressive scores and averages.

This is Randy's first time on the All-American Team. He graciously shared his story with us below.
I started shooting registered targets in 2021. I attended my first shoot out of state in Louisiana in 2023. I shot the Oklahoma State shoot Championship events for the first time in 2023. In September of 2024 I attended my first Satellite Grand in Kansas. I decided to try to make the All-American team during the 2025 trap season and started travelling to various states. I attended the Southwest Grand, the Nevada State Shoot, the Spring Grand, the Arizona State Shoot, the Louisiana State Shoot, the Oklahoma State Shoot, the Kansas State Shoot, the Arkansas State Shoot, the Texas State Shoot, the Grand American (my first time) and the Heartland Grand in the 2025 trap year.

I registered my first targets in 1976 and shot a few hundred each year through 1985. I stopped to raise my family and started back in 2001. I have shot around 400,000 registered targets. My favorite accomplishments are two 200s in championship singles at the grand and a 100 in the doubles championship there. Shooting is my passion and I cherish all the people I have met along the way.

Team Elite at 2025 Grand American

Great AIM shooting Squad

Shooters who registered 500,000 or 250,000 targets in their lifetime are honored on this list. We also have those who have shot "grand slams" that is 200 straight in singles, 100 straight from 27 yard line handicap and 100 straight in doubles during their shooting career. We are proud of these folks. Many do not shoot now, but their legacy goes on.
